ASTRYN Return & Refund Policy
Because ASTRYN products are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors.
Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
In most cases involving a verified damaged or defective item, you will not be required to return the product unless otherwise requested.
Wrong Size or Color
Since every item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the wrong size, color, or product variation was selected by the customer.
Please check the size guide and product information carefully before completing your purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds because of a change of mind after an order has entered production.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you believe your shipment has been lost or there is a delivery issue, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the situation.
